Forge for teams

The wellbeing perk people actually finish

Colleagues challenge each other for 7 days, submit proof, and a judge rules. You see participation, not redemption codes.

No card, no sales call, no rollout project. Set it up in an afternoon and run your first challenge week next Monday.

Forge - colleagues challenge each other and submit daily proof

Perks get claimed once, then abandoned

The gym stipend, the meditation subscription, the step challenge nobody finished - they all report signups, and none of them report whether anyone kept going. Forge is a head-to-head duel with a named opponent, a judge, and daily proof, so what you get back is the number that actually matters: how many people showed up every day of the week.

Real stakes

A named opponent and a judge, not a solo streak nobody sees. Someone is waiting on your proof tonight, and that is the whole reason people finish.

Real evidence

A photo or a sub-60-second video every day, ruled by a colleague or by the AI referee. Nothing is self-reported, so participation is a fact rather than a claim.

Real visibility, without surveillance

A private team board shows who is taking part and how they are doing. It never shows what anyone is working on, and never shows their proof.

Said plainly: this is not an HR wellness platform, not a step counter, and not a mandatory programme. It works precisely because taking part is voluntary and the competition is between peers.

How a challenge week runs

  1. 1

Pick a plan or start the trial

Your first team runs 7 days free with a full 5-seat cap, no card. Buying on the web keeps the plan with the company and gives you an invoice.

  2. 2

Invite colleagues, or share the code

Invite by email address, or paste the join code into Slack and let people take a seat themselves. Each seat gives that colleague Premium while the plan is open.

  3. 3

They pair up and pick a judge

Two colleagues, one habit, 3 to 30 days. The referee is a third colleague or the free AI judge, so nobody has to recruit a volunteer to get started.

  4. 4

    You watch participation, not proof

The team board ranks everyone on points, day wins and forge wins. That number - people who showed up every day for a week - is what goes in the engagement report.

One flat price. A fixed number of seats.

Never a charge per person added, so the budget line does not move when someone joins. $69.99 a month for 15 people is $4.67 a head - set that against a $30 a head gym stipend nobody uses.

Your first team starts on a 7-day trial with a full 5-seat cap - no card. Members never see a purchase screen, and leaving a team is one tap. More on how teams work.

“Can I see what my employees are doing?”

No - and it is enforced in the product, not just promised on this page. You see that people are showing up. You never see what they are doing.

The board shows four things

Display name, points, day wins, forge wins. That is the entire list. Never habit names, never proof photos or videos, never anyone’s forge history.

Admins get seats, not access

Owners and admins manage seats and nothing else. There is no admin view of a member’s proof, including for members they invited themselves.

Leaving takes one tap

Membership is voluntary and leaving needs no admin approval. The leave button stays visible on every device, for every member.

Run one challenge week and judge it on the numbers

7 days, 5 seats, no card. If your people do not finish it, you have lost an afternoon of setup and nothing else.
