A habit tracker you play as a duel
Forge is a habit tracker built around proof instead of a checkbox. You pick a habit, challenge a friend to the same one for 3, 7, 14 or 30 days, and each day you both submit a photo or a short video. A referee - a third friend or an AI judge - rules who did it better, and a live scoreboard tracks who is ahead. Nothing is marked done just because you said so.

Why proof instead of a checkbox
Every solo habit tracker has the same hole in it: the box is ticked by the one person who benefits from ticking it. Forge closes that hole by giving each day three participants - two competitors and a referee - and by asking for something you cannot fake in a second. The habit is either visible in the proof or it is not.
That also changes why you show up. You are not keeping a private record; someone is waiting on your proof, and a day skipped is a day handed to your opponent.
What Forge does
- Daily proof, not a checkboxOne photo, a video of up to 60 seconds, or a start and end capture for habits that run longer than a minute.
- A referee rules the dayA third friend, or an AI judge (Amazon Nova Lite) that scores both proofs automatically and calls a tie when it is not confident.
- Judge deadlineA friend judge who has not ruled a day by noon the next day is backed up by the AI, so a tracked challenge never stalls.
- Curated habit libraryMovement and fitness, nutrition, discipline and routine, home and environment, learning and focus - each habit provable in a minute or less.
- Live scoreboardDay wins, challenge wins and the running score, visible to both competitors the whole way through.
- Monthly leaderboardPoints earned in a calendar month rank you on a Top 100 board that resets on the 1st. It ranks winners only. Referees get a separate board.
- Levels and badgesLifetime points never reset and climb 10 levels, from Ember to Mythic, unlocking badges on the way.
- Private by defaultProof photos and videos are visible only to the people in your challenge, through links that expire.
- Works offlineThe mobile app queues proof shot without signal and uploads it when you are back online.
- RemindersAn evening push if you have not submitted the day yet, plus alerts when your opponent submits and when the judge rules.
- TeamsCompanies can buy seats for employee-wellbeing challenges, with a private team board and team-versus-team clashes.
- Cross-deviceiOS, Android, macOS, Windows and the web.

What Forge is not
It is not a solo tracker, and it is not a calendar of grids you fill in alone - a challenge needs an opponent. It is not a betting app: there is no pot, no wager and no cash prize, only score. And it does not track habits you can only claim: every habit in the library has to be shown being done, on camera, in a minute or less.
If that trade suits you, the comparison page lays out how it differs from solo trackers and honor-system challenge apps.
